For the last few months Sam and I have been working to launch a new creative venture. It’s an intensely exciting and devastatingly scary time that’s bringing about a lot of changes into our life. Even though we’re currently running our business from home I still have to make sure I’m always put together so I can go from a client meeting, to on set, to back behind my computer without having to change. My favorite go-to is a boyfriend blazer. It’s a great piece for layering, works in any season, and can quickly pull together a look as simple as jeans and a white tee. I’m currently favoring this pinstripe variation from the Express X Olivia Culpo Capsul Collection. It’s light enough to be worn under a coat making it great for California winter. I can also see it as being a great piece that will transition into spring and carry into summer. For this look I knew I’d be starting my day extra early at the flower market, I paired the blazer with ultra cozy knit track pants and a cropped white tee also from the Express X Olivia Culpo line.
